Fragment of a residential and service complex, composed of two residential 5-storey buildings with garages on the ground floor (H1-H2), located along the Łęgówka stream.

The H1 and H2 buildings were designed in the square-like top view, with the disc and slab frame made in the RCC technology, filled with walls made from medium-sized hollow brick, with a circulation core in the center, which stiffens the structure. Flats are located on upper floors (from storey 1 upwards), while the ground floor holds the entrance zone with technical rooms and utility rooms, plus individual closed garages accessible from the street level. Walls on the ground floor - at the main entrance to the buildings - designed in a concrete brick cladding (chopped texture). Other external walls plastered (render coating); colour: cream with grey fragments (balcony tiling).

The concept provides for compositional separating of the ground floor and vertical plates in the building corners with plaster of contrasting colouring (chocolate brown).
